You can save game files to your computer and store them in the cloud. It is vital to save game data due to the amount of time people put into Minecraft. Let's now see where these files are on Mac and Windows.
Minecraft Save Game Files location on Mac OS
You can find saved games in all versions of MacOS or Mac OS X:
~/Library/Application Support/minecraft
To quickly get to the destination you want, you can either paste the file path in Finder's "Go To Folder" command (Command+Shift+G), Or in Spotlight by pressing command+spacebar
You can also access this information from Finder by selecting the Go menu and holding down Option. Next, navigate to "Application Support" and then to "Minecraft".
Minecraft Save Game File Location on Windows PC
The following location will show you the location of Minecraft saved games files on a Windows PC:
C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft
Replace USERNAME by your user account.
You can also manually navigate there by opening Windows Explorer. To do this, open your user home directory and go to AppData, then Roaming, then into.minecraft.
You can add and remove saved game files from either Mac or PC. These directories will be available when Minecraft is opened in single-player mode.
