Next Wednesday Steel Smith will be on trial in federal court with the FIRST ever medical marijuanna defense heard in a FEDERAL court.What does this mean?If Steel wins his case it sets president,which means it makes law.

Prop 215 and Sb 420 are state laws,as long as the FEDERAL government comes into OUR state and tramples the laws we have voted in,these laws are basically useless in a FEDERAL court.Steel\’s case changes that.

For the people that don\’t understand how trials work,you just do not to get to get up and present a defense,during pretrial a JUDGE gets to deside who,what,and where you get to say and do.Until now NO MEDICAL MARIJUANNA DEFENCE WAS ALOUD therefore for the most part the prosecutors were able to paint the picture of a mass drug cultivator and we could not do a thing about it.

Steel has risked his freedom of a minimum 10 years for this to become FEDERAL LAW.They offered him
10 months time served,He said HELL NO.

Steel goes to court this next Wednesday we all need to show up and support him,it is the very least we can do for a GOOD MAN that is going to bat for us

If you own a club please tell are your members to show up Wednesday to the Federal Court house in Santa Ana

   Steel is a genuine guy,that could of took the easy way out and basically passed the buck on to the nect person,but no, he said enough is enough and he is taking his chance with his freedom for us
