Most everything seems to be getting back to normal at this point. Photos now all display correctly, including the zoom function when browsing with Internet Explorer 8 (which had been broken for quite a while).
Update – November 17, 2010:
- - the forums are back.
One benefit of the upgrade is that logging in to the main site or one state site will log you in to all of them.
