NEW YORK – Sept. 8, 2022 /PRNewswire/ – Today the Israel Ministry of Tourism has announced record-breaking figures of travelers from the United States who visited Israel in the months of July and August. The country welcomed 78,000 tourists from the United States during July 2022 which is an increase of 4% over 2019 and 71,000 visitors from the United States during August 2022. That’s a 13% increase over 2019.

Canada is on track to surpass Israel’s arrivals in tourist numbers, with 7,200 tourists visiting Israel in July 2022 and 6,600 in August.
